I also see it in how our local MCX teams invest in education through programs and workshops that give people the skills and confidence to grow. Enriching lives, to me, is not only about meeting today’s needs but also preparing for the future.

As a graphic designer, my work is about using design to solve small everyday problems and create better experiences — for example, designing packaging that is appealing, easy to understand, and enhances people’s standard of living. I believe that even these small contributions can truly add value to people’s lives. :)

Seeing real life impacts made by decisions I was part of, makes me feel the real purpose of working at DKSH.

Enriching peoples lives being a foundational element to DKSH is not just impactful; it's natural to the nature of the role; for that reason I do hold alot of pride in being a part of DKSH. With all the stress and uncertainty of the day-to-day, being able to give any level of ease to a person is fantastic.

1. My professional life: working at DKSH I have a lot to learn, to do, to contribute to the company. I grew myself from one position to another, change from one department to another in every 1.5 years which very interesting and exciting for the last 7 years with DKSH. I even given a chance as associate trainer on top of my current role.

2. My Family: my wife live a happy and happiness life while my work and life is balance and secure on financial for the family. My kid are able to study in a good school which make me confident for their future life.

3. Other people:

*As a "trainer" I have trained a lot of people in DKSH both selling skill and culture role model to help them grow and success in their career and life too.

*As a "sales team" we are representing DKSH to bring a very quality, standard and global product for daily life to our customers and Cambodian people. The customer get a good profit for their business, consumers get a hight quality product for their daily usage.

*As a "sustainability committee": DKSH earn and sharing back to my community. We are representing the company to support community by providing funds, equipment to the people to the young generation, support on education, health and future grow.
