(2A) DO NOW Padlet: Where I'm at With Starting My Annotated Bibliography by Dario Sulzman

Today you start your Annotated Bibliography. You should know the requirements and have looked at several examples. Based on this, what source do you plan to start with and why? How do you plan to begin that first entry? If you're not sure of those things, just try to be as specific as possible with what you do have to help you start your Annotated Bibliography, and what needs/questions you still have.

I'm not exactly sure where i want to center the bibliography, but based on the research I've done and the materials I've been given i know my entries should be thought out but summarized. I still want to spend some time finding some sources that differ a bit from the ones I've picked so its not so repetitive so ill continue to try and find some other sources after starting an entry or two because i want my thinking to be recognized while reading through.

For my research project, I intend to connect the Civil Rights Movement and Labor movement. The source that I plan to start with is a secondary source about Philip A. Randolph's First March on Washington in 1941. He was a key figure in the Civil Rights Movement that is often left out of the conversation. I plan to begin my entry by asking a strong question about how we don't often hear about the first March on Washington compared to the one in 1963 and then move on to talk about the vital role Randolph played in the Movement as a whole.
