Getting Better Sleep:<br>-Manage your time better by creating a schedule so you can go to sleep at a good time.<br>-This is beneficial because getting better sleep can help reduce stress and it is less likely you will get sick.<br>-You may choose not to sleep better because you are busy with a lot of work or you can't stop thinking about something.<br><br>2. Getting Physical Activity:<br>-Setting a scheduled time each day that you will exercise each day.<br>-This is beneficial because exercise is good for your body, but it can also help you clear your head.<br>-You may choose not to exercise because you are very busy that day or you are very tired and feel like you cannot work out that day.</div>]]></description>

Have fun:<br>- Take a break from work and read a book or hang out with friends.<br>- It's beneficial because it helps clear your mind and lessens stress.<br>- You might choose not do have fun, because you have too much work to do and are too stressed.</div>]]></description>

Read a book:<br>- You have some free time and choose to read a book you've been wanting to finish<br>- It helps you with reading skills, understanding vocabulary, and reading in class<br>- You might have too many things going on (activities, homework) or choose not to read and watch a tv show instead<br><br>2. Play Games:<br>-Take a break from what is causing you stress and play a game. This could be a board game, strategic game, etc.<br>-This will help you focus on something else for a while and relieve some stress while also still making you think.<br>-You may choose not to play games because you are busy and have too much work or you are not in the mood to play any games.<br><br></div>]]></description>
