         <description><![CDATA[<div>I try to incorporate differentiated grouping in my class but I need to work on scaffolding it better, H, HM, LM, L. This allows students to really engage and learn from each other and they each have someone there than me to guide and peer tutor if needed. I liked the idea of arranging them in a group based on a pre-assessment but I'm not sure that would work with Covid right now. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Peer tutoring is an effective method of breaking a communication barrier between student and teacher.  Sometimes students need to hear an interpretation of the information from a level that they are on...from another student.  This works wonders.<br><br>Another excellent idea was that of grouping students not based on their learning levels...that offers an ability for student-led instruction.<br><br></div>]]></description>

You can use the exit tickets from one day to determine the next day's flexible groups. It seems like a natural fit for the "workshop" style of classroom.</div>]]></description>
