Friends can also be a stressor because you can get distracted with your friends. Then another thing is drama, friends can cause drama with other people and you get dragged into drama. That can cause stress because you see the life you want on social Media. Social Media is like a trap and you see the life you don't have but you want.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Stressor # 4  Moving into an new school. Moving into a new school can be hard for many people. They are not familiar with the school, they don't know anyone. For some people making friend can be hard. There are different rules they have to adapt to. Also moving to different schools school can be from problems outside of school like home. That may be hard for some people to open up about. Moving schools can be a hard process. I can relate to people with this problem of going into an new environment. This is why moving schools can be a stressor for some people.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Stressor # 5 lack of sleep. Lack of sleep can be a stressor because your not getting enough sleep at night. Most teens my age stay up late on there phones. This can be a big problem because we have to wake up early for school and learn for 7 hours a day 5 days a week. Lack of sleep can also affect your school work because you tired during class and not paying attention in class. This shows how lack of sleep can affect you.</p>]]></description>
