In Week 10, students focus on finalizing and presenting their research projects. The primary tasks include recording a presentation of their poster, submitting an extended abstract, and ensuring that both are ready for submission by the deadline of May 31, 2024. The poster presentation should effectively communicate the main findings and significance of the research, showcasing the students' ability to synthesize and visually represent their work. This presentation will be recorded to ensure a polished and professional delivery.

Additionally, the extended abstract will be completed and submitted. This abstract serves as a concise summary of the research project, detailing the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions. It should be clear, well-organized, and succinct, providing a comprehensive overview of the study while highlighting its key contributions. The extended abstract is crucial for giving reviewers a clear understanding of the research's scope and impact.

Throughout the week, students also review and refine their presentations and posters to ensure they meet all necessary guidelines and standards. This includes checking for clarity, coherence, and visual appeal, as well as ensuring that all components are correctly formatted and free of errors. By the end of the week, students will have submitted their extended abstracts and poster presentations, marking a significant milestone in their academic progress and showcasing their research capabilities.

In Week 7, groups are responsible for conducting financial literacy sessions for an enterprise, to enhance the financial knowledge and skills of its members. To ensure these sessions are both informative and relevant, inputs from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will be gathered beforehand. This preparatory step will help tailor the content to the specific needs and context of the enterprise.

Following the sessions, a post-financial Literacy Survey will be conducted at least three days later to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the training provided. During the initial group meeting, tasks will be divided among members based on the scope of each task, with detailed explanations of what each task entails. Any uncertainties regarding the tasks will be discussed and resolved through the WhatsApp application to maintain clear communication and coordination. Additionally, the group will choose a business to focus on, determine the type of business to be interviewed, and arrange the interview to gather more specific information that will help customize the financial literacy sessions. This structured approach ensures that the sessions are well-organized, targeted, and beneficial for the enterprise.

Next, the poster for the presentation was discussed by our group to make a draft from the report we prepared. Then, our group can summarize the report that has been completed to be included in the poster to facilitate the presentation that will take place later. With this, we were able to make presentations smoothly by explaining each part easily during the presentation session.

In week 6, we decided to choose one business that we can know their financial flow and their business flow. Mostly in our list to interview them they did not respond to us because of their time constraints and other problem. So, after we survey again in media social we decided to choose this restaurant at Pengkalan Chepa named Restaurant Nasi Ulam Cikgu.This restaurant located at Kawasan Perindustrian Mara,16100, Pengkalan Chepa, Kelantan . The latest owner that replaced his generation’s father is Razihan Bin Abdul Hamid ( 016- 9325833 ) . After we already set a date and time to interview we realised that they have many challenges in their business nowadays, so they lack of idea to solve their problems in financial flow.

Beside that, what the problems that restaurant faces is financial management lacking. In their cash flow management was so poor and can lead to liquidity issues. They also have inaccurate budgeting and forecasting can result in inefficient resource allocation. Next they also faces the customers problem. Such as, failing engage with customer which is can lead to lost opportunities and reduce satisfaction. And also from customer service was so poor and can harm reputation and loyalty. The last one is the problem they have is marketing and sales lacking. They have ineffective sales strategies that can hinder revenue generation.

Next what the solution that we can solve their problem in financial management lacking is can use software to monitor and manage cash flow effectively and also utilise financial planning tools and involve key stakeholders in the budgeting process to improve accuracy. Next, for solve the customer problem is enhance customer engagement like use social media and direct interaction to understand the customers. They also can train the staff to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly. Lastly , to solve their marketing and sales problems is develop a strong differentiated brand identity and communicate it effectively.
