         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is an IP that I wrote while student teaching that was just one of many examples of a lesson where I collaborated with both my CT and my inclusion teacher to create a better lesson. My inclusion teacher actually took the lead for the engager piece as well as circulating with students to ensure all were on task and achieving. Even something as simple as having a colleague look over your lesson and give verbal tips can be huge.<br><br></div>]]></description>
