         <description><![CDATA[<p>Physical - To do with the body rather than the mind or feelings</p><p>Psychological - To do with the mind or how it works.</p><p>Task 2 - What is meant by healthy living is a way of living that lowers the risk of being seriously ill or dying early.</p><p>Task 3 - Trying to relax and reduce stress, finding ways to learn and be creative, spending time outdoors in nature, connecting with others, looking after your physical health, trying to improve sleep.</p><p>Task 4 - Four examples of healthy living are: eating a healthy balanced diet, having a healthy weight, doing exercise, quitting smoking and drinking less alcohol.</p><p>Task 5 -  Consuming unhealthy food and beverages is bad for your health because it can lead to weight gain, obesity and other chronic conditions that put people at a higher risk of 13 types of cancer. The consequence of living an unhealthy lifestyle is that it can contribute to issues that include metabolic disorders, joint and bone issues, cardio-vascular diseases, hypertension, obesity, violence, and many more problems.</p>]]></description>

It reduces the risk of premature death and can add as much as 10 years of life expectancy.
