You are able to assign videos to your students. Throughout the video you can include questions for students to answer based on what they have seen in the video so far. This is great online because sometimes watching a video as a whole group is difficult. So doing it using Edpuzzle allows for to students to not only watch the video the teacher had planned for their lesson, but they are able to use the questions they had prepared as well. 
In the classroom a good time to use this like mentioned would during asynchronous time. Teachers are able to assign different assignments and give students different options on how they would like to complete the assignment. 
For third grade a great way to use Seesaw is having student record a video of themselves teaching a math lesson. One way this can be used is having students record themselves reading to the teacher.
