A. My biggest achievement has to be the go-live of the Global WD EVL Automation!!! After 1.5+ years of working on this project with so many people (HR Ops, DevOps, Country HR), we have delivered!!!

B. Most joyful moment was travelling to Manila to meet with my dear MNL-based colleagues and enjoy a beach vacation together in Boracay! Now I'm just waiting to meet my Krakow colleagues and of course, Amit!

C. I am thankful for the weekly meetings with my P&I team which feels like a weekly family reunion (including the arguments)

A. Moving our Surveys to Qualtrics. It is always a journey full of challenges and learnings every time we move to a new software. In HR Digital, we just keep getting better and better in dealing with this the more experience we get. Collaborating with DEX, SF, IT, and rest of HR is always a treat -- seeing how we are able to work as integrators.

B. Seeing deserving people move on to new roles whether in or out of HR Digital. I've always believed that the best and most competent people come from this part of HR.

C. I am thankful for everyone who make work not feel like work. We're all just humans trying to achieve the same goal - having personal check-ins and small chats along the way make this job more bearable.

Launched Global EVL Project in 25 countries, saving 2 FTEs.
SAP decom: 13 tools deployed for PL. Successful Hypercare despite technical challenges. NL: Mitigating 12 tools ongoing till mid-Dec 2024.

A. Biggest Achievement

My biggest achievement this year has been establishing myself as the C&E Lead for Time and Absence, becoming the go-to person for any concerns 😊I now understand the E2E implementation of a Time and Absence Batch, having delivered or being in the process of delivering in every phase 😊.

B. Most Joyful Moment

Although I enjoy my work, my most joyful moments in 2024 have been the birth of my two grandsons (29 Feb & 3 March) 😊.

C. One Thing/Person/Situation You Are Thankful For

I am thankful for all the great colleagues I meet and collaborate with daily, especially my supportive colleagues in the C&E Team. I learn from them all the time, and they give me a reason to keep on working <3.

Biggest achievement: Skills and LXP launch - being able to contribute to the pilot launch, getting to work with a great team and learning so much along the way!

Most Joyful: Personal travels - getting to explore the beach with my dogs (who are apparently afraid of the water), exploring the food, culture and sights of different places.

I am thankful for having wonderful colleagues and lead! Work can be tough sometimes, but it always helps to be surrounded by supportive, positive people.

I am truly thankful for the opportunity to join such an incredible team. From the moment I became part of this community, I felt welcomed, valued, and empowered to champion my skills and competencies in my role as Change and Engage Advisor. It's been an exciting journey, and I'm thrilled that we are at the forefront of digitizing the HR experience, improving the moments that matter most to our employees and line managers.

Even though I'm fairly new to the community, it has already been an exciting journey, I have learned the immense value of collaboration and the importance of asking for help when needed. These principles have not only enhanced our productivity but also fostered a sense of camaraderie and mutual support within our team.

A. Biggest Achievement - being part of the PPM Project for Rewards, we are having great progress as we approach go-live next year! =)

B. Most Joyful Moment - being able to organize, facilitate, lead, and deliver my 1st every global webcast for the Time and Absence Community. =)

C. One person I'm thankful for - I'm grateful for Suzanne for getting me as the new change and advisor for Rewards - my passion resonates with change and engage, and rewards is a process area I'm very happy about. Even though things are busy, she and the C&E team are always there to support me! =)

Biggest Learning/Achievement
To challenge myself to get out of my comfort zone and join the C&E team in the CW Programme after 10 years in operations TL roles. It has been great working with Klara Smits and learning from her - to be reminded of how to think differently, how to be pragmatic and not to take No for an answer all the time. It is a 180 degree turn from what I have been used to all this while and it refreshes the mind completely :)
Most Joyful Moment
Getting myself out of the mental rut I was in and finding a new journey that I can learn from and grow. I have to thank my LM, Dominik Spyra for recognizing the blocker and acknowledging that I still have a lot to give but have been stifled for a long time where I was <3
One thing to be thankful for
That I have been given a chance to find my spark again and do what makes me happy, what I am passionate about rather than continue second-guessing/berating myself in the previous role that was no longer igniting my passion. Thank you Suzanne and Klara for taking a chance on me <3

Biggest Achievement - 2024 has been an year of transformation for me, I got back to exercising, posting my thoughts & moving into a role I was quite excited about. I would say consistency of doing it would be my achievement, guess brilliance lies in the boring stuff.

Most Joyful Moment - Getting the call for the P&I Manager role while being in on London Bridge. It was a unique moment of being happy at work and happy at life

I am thankful for having a line manager who guides, peers who keep me safe, Emae who onboarded me with utmost care and most important, being part of the best team {I do mean it, really smart people who manage on their own and my core job is appreciating the good work they do}
