         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Pros:</strong> encourages interaction of all students, promotes teamwork, flexibility to strategically form groups, and suitable for small spaces.<br><strong>Cons:</strong> increased noise level and less individual accountability.<br><br>Creating grouped seating with be beneficial in a social studies classroom due to increased number of group projects and debates.</div>]]></description>
