         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>The revision / intervention sessions over Whitsun were better attended this year compared to last year.  The students were more responsive to the tasks that were delivered over two days; day 1 (paper 1) and day 2 (paper 2).  Over 300 students enrolled onto the Revision Google Classroom site<br><br>Revision guides (paper-based) went down well with most students.<br><br>The weekly intervention sessions were better attended compared to last year.  Students brought revision guides with them to these sessions.<br><br>Despite some staffing difficulties, the department has worked together to overcome issues - i.e. mopping up on marking and IV-ing with previously unmarked FS papers.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
