         <description><![CDATA[<div>Service Advisor prior to receiving customer at the counter, check the history and remark column for any carry forward job or recommendation in the previous service. Example: a brake pads replacement was recommended in last service, but the customer said he will do it in the next service. By checking the history, the Service Advisor is able to remind the customer that his car brake pads is due for replacement without having the technician to check again and then call the customer back to inform him. This can save time and improve customer satisfaction.<br><br></div>]]></description>
