The employees do everything themselves! From creating a design to the actual assembly of t-shirts. Employees start by voting as a class on design and color options. After they create a rough draft we email out an order form they sort through orders so we know how many blank tees to order. While we wait for the t-shirts to arrive, students decorate tags and use a Cricut Machine to cut out their design onto Vinyl. The final step is to put it all together! The students wear heat safe gloves, use a t-shirt aligning tool, and heat press machine to make their product. Once the t-shirt is finished they use a t-shirt folder and tie their tag on! Students deliver their products and collect the money.
