I’m primarily a kinesthetic learner. I acquire knowledge most effectively through hands-on activities, physical movement, and practical application, such as performing a new exercise rather than merely observing a video. This influences my learning philosophy, which centers on experiential education, aligning with constructivism by emphasizing that knowledge is constructed through active participation. In teaching physical education, I incorporate interactive group activities and games to enable students to internalize concepts and accommodate diverse needs. Ultimately, this approach supports my classes in promoting not only physical fitness but also personal development and confidence through movement-based learning.

Nicholas Vitale
