EAT. Adults who eat a healthy diet live longer and have a lower risk of obesity, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain cancers. Healthy eating can help people with chronic diseases manage these conditions and avoid complications. https://www.cdc.gov/chronicdisease/resources/publications/factsheets/nutrition.htm#:~:text=Adults%20who%20eat%20a%20healthy,these%20conditions%20and%20avoid%20complications.

EXSERSISE. Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Adults who sit less and do any amount of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity gain some health benefits.

STRESS FREE. Social support seems to affect our balance of hormones. Adequate amounts of social support are associated with increases in levels of a hormone called oxytocin, which functions to decrease anxiety levels and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system calming down responses.

AVOID DRUGS. Feeling more attractive.
Increased libido.
Better mood.
Improved productivity.
Better relationships with friends and family.
Sleeping more soundly.
Return of your appetite.
Increased energy.

WEIGHT CONTROL. Kids who ate healthier diets showed more friendliness and social play than kids who didn't. If you're prone to social anxiety, limit caffeine, which can really fuel anxiety symptoms, and alcohol, which can also interfere.

SAVE SEX FOR MARRIEGE. Researchers found that those who wait to have sex until marriage, compared to those who don't, report significantly higher realtionship satisfaction (20%), better communication patterns (12%), less consideration of divorce (22%), and BETTER sexual quality

3.) PROACTIVE Physical exercise stimulates the development of new mitochondria within your cells, meaning that your body will be able to produce more ATP over time. That gives you more energy to exert yourself physically, but it also means more energy for your brain, boosting your mental output.

4.) REACTIVE Reactive health care is when we react to a medical situation. For example, you go and see your doctor when you become ill. Another one could be a child falls and breaks his arm. In contrast, proactive health care has a lot to do with preventative medicine.

Many mental health issues actually have a tendency to get worse when not treated. Underlying issues might seem small at first, but they compound over time. Anxiety is a classic example.

4.) REACTIVE Emotional reactivity happens when intense emotions are “triggered” by an external event. Often, the event leaves you feeling hurt, angry, or defensive. These triggers may cause you to lash out or act impulsively– doing or saying something you later regret.
