Hi my name is Yadhira Dueñas Today I am going to describe the symptoms and illnesses of each person in the chart, and also talk about the last time I was sick.

John Jasper is very sick. He has a stomachache and a fever. His stomach hurts a lot and the fever makes him feel weak.
Patricia Alvarez has a backache and a stomachache. Her back hurts, so she cannot move easily. The stomachache makes her feel uncomfortable.
Andy Martone has a runny nose and a headache. His nose is running all the time and the headache makes him feel very sick.
So Nguyen has a cold and a runny nose. He sneezes a lot and feels very tired because of the cold.
Katrina Landi has a headache and a fever. The fever gives her a high temperature and the headache makes it hard to concentrate.
Jennifer Gaudet has a stomachache and a backache. Her stomach hurts and the backache makes it hard to sit or stand for a long time.
The last time I was sick, I had a headache and a fever. I felt very weak and dizzy. I needed to rest in bed and drink a lot of water.
