         <description><![CDATA[<div>In your prototype, be as detailed as you can, including some of the recommendations of Safe Work SA:</div><ol><li>Plan and prioritize (setting realistic goals)</li><li>Sleep well: at least 8 hours, and turn off any electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bed.</li><li>Healthy eating: include the good habits did you incorporate into your nutrition plan</li><li>Listening to music for leisure can help you relax and reduce your stress level.</li><li>Join a club of whatever interests you to build social connections.</li><li>Try cutting back on cigarettes, alcohol, or drugs. Set realistic goals. </li><li>Switch off electronics for 10 minutes each day. Try walking, reading, or something else you enjoy. </li><li>Engage with others. Connect with family and friends. Surround yourself with people that make you happy. </li><li>Exercise for your mind. Just 10 minutes per day can improve your outlook. I would like to achieve this by not using the phone right before going to sleep, since that is when I waste the most time.<br><br>My goal is also to reflect, at least 30 minutes a day, which is something that I normally do but where I am not so constant. Every day will be different, but I think I could do it every day before doing all the tasks for the day.<br><br>I also want to put into practice channeling my emotions through music.</div>]]></description>
