In the future I see my self staring out as an entrepreneur specializing in business. I would like to own a few small franchises like coin laundries, vending machines, gas stations, restaurants, etc. The reason if would like to become and entrepreneur is that I don't want to work under someone, I feel that if I had to follow someone's rules I wouldn't reach my full potential. Then later down the line I would like to focus on building my own real estate empire and becoming a real estate executive.

With a bachelors degree in business management you can become a Client services manager, Sales representative. Project manager, Office manager, Human resource manager, Business manager, Community manager, Staff accountant. During college I would like to start out as a business manager or entrepreneur. With a masters degree in real estate you can get a job as a property manager, real estate broker, real estate investor, real estate executive, real estate developer, and an asset manager. To get your real estate license it takes about 2-5 months depending on your sector. The University of Miami has a real estate program called MRED+U which is a one year program that combines the strengths of the University of Miami’s Schools of Architecture, Business Administration, and Law to create a world-class program that blends the fundamentals of real estate development with livable community planning and design.

The average salary of an average entrepreneur ranges from 43k to 133k a year. My main goal is to become a Real estate executive of the commercial sector, and they make anywhere from 288,090k to 676,063k in the state of Florida. A real estate executive plans and directs all aspect of the organizations real estate activities. When I graduate college I would like to start out as an entrepreneur, then work my way up to a real estate executive. A real estate executive is one of the leading members of a real estate company. To become a real estate executive you need to take a 63 hour pre license real estate course to get you educated about your job, and it is required to have a bachelor's degree in business, after that I will need to pass the FREC-approved Instructor Examination, and I'll need a Florida broker's license.

My alterative job would probably be a Private investor. Private Investors basically put their money in businesses for a financial return. They mainly put lots of money into stocks and other forms and wait until the price goes up for what they originally bought it for. For example if I were to buy a small percentage of GameStop for $2,100 and 10 years from now my stock is worth 5,000 I would sell it and make my profit. There are also other ways that you can make a profit in a shorter amount to time, like investing in crypto. The only reason I know these things is because my parents told me all about how they put their money into large corporations and their money made money for them. An average Private Investor makes 68k to 138k a year. Private investors also have lots of freedoms because they don't have to go into work, because they just sit on their computer predicting what the next best stock to buy is.
