Yes, I agree with what Dr Brene Brown said. We have to overcome our shame of being a failure in our lives because I think that will be our first encounter to our success. If we fail many times, it does not mean we are not doing great, but actually, we are. Failure is the key to success. So, it is not necessarily to feel shame when mistakes happen but don't give up, and we need to experience failure to perceive the quality of life.

2. Do you feel that you can do better when you failed before?

I think I will do better when I have already failed before. It will keep me improving myself and believing in myself to learn and start again constantly. In the meantime, I can know myself much better after confronting my failures. I acknowledge what I am lacking that needs to fix and improved in future. After this, I can trust myself better than before and always build self-esteem. It is vital to have a good performance after experiencing several failures. 

The first thing that is important to me is the format of the resume. Mr Jimmy listed eight criteria that should be done in preparing the resume. He advises us to use a larger font for the name and place it next to the picture to attract the hiring managers to remember our name. The profile picture must be clear, sincere and reflected in the specialized field. Then, writing a summary is crucial to alluring hiring managers so they will be interested in the resume. The second thing is that when our resume is done, we need to print it out and request an interview. Before attending the interview, Mr Jimmy told us to prepare, memorize, and practice answering the questions first.

2. How are you going to apply his strategy to your own job search?

The strategy that I will apply on my job search is preparing the resume using the eight criteria and organizing my resume very well to attract hiring managers. Then, after finishing writing my resume, I will follow the step to start seeking the job by sending my resume to a specific company or posting on Linked In.
