To me the definition of "kindness" is my grandpa. He was the kindest person i have ever met. There is a phrase in Hungarian that translated would be: " He was so kind that if someone said that a wall was black, even if it was white, that person would agree just so there was no discussion". My grandpa was like that, and even if some people used him because of it, everyone in the town loved him. And the day of his funeral, the entire town showed up to give their support to the family and help in everything they could.

There's a phrase in Hungarian my mom used to tell me a lot; " Turelem rozsat terem". Which translated would be: Patience makes roses grow. I learned this on "the hard way" as a child. I really wanted a toy, and my mom told me that I should wait because we were going to go on a trip and I could get my toy there, where was more variety. And of course, I didn't want to wait, so my parents bought me the toy. One week later, we go on that trip and my next words were: I should have waited. There were so many types of the toys I wanted, that mine compared to the other toys was very bad. And at the age of 5 I learned that if I wanted "roses", I had to wait.

Punctuality

Punctuality is very important for any activity you do. At a job interview, at a birthday party, and mostly at an airport. I learned punctuality from my dad. He's one of those people that never was late to anything, not even at a birthday party. And when my family and I were going to come to the US, my dad wanted to go to the airport earlier, just in case. Little did we know that because of my little dog, there was more paperwork to do and if we would have gone just 20 minutes later, we would have lost our plane or we would have had to leave our little dog in Spain.

I learned this lesson by watching my parents and my teachers. They showed me how to be responsible and why to be. There's a reason to be responsible, and that reason is to be great at whatever you do. Being responsible in the workplace will keep you the job, being responsible at school will keep you with good grades and it will help you graduate. This little actions that teachers do, or say, impacted my way of seeing homework or projects. And they also impacted the way I see the world outside the school.

Being able to forgive is a virtue that not everyone has it. It's something very complex and apparently very hard for us, human beings. That's why I learned how to forgive from my little dog, Mildy. She taught me how important to forgive is, not with words, but with actions. Every time I had a bad day,, and I was mad at her, or I would forget to take her out, she didn't care. Because she knew how to forgive. She cannot be mad at anyone. And even though she is just a dog, I learned a very important lesson that it is very useful from her.
