<title>Recently, the discussion on exclusion / inclusion has involved scientific and technological advances. The advent of computing and the Internet certainly gained centrality in this debate. The theme has acquired a broad social and politics dimension. As it participates in the power correlations of the globalization movement, the issue has acquired a &quot;global&quot; dimension, that is, it is aimed at understanding the reasons for digital exclusion and, at the same time, for the promotion of digital inclusion, given its political-economic relevance in the movement of globalization. (BRAZIL, 2006, p. 95) “The proposition of digital inclusion refers to the need of “Literacy” of this new technological language and supplies, as computers and broadband for the Internet navigation.”In the social inclusion propositions, it is necessary to criticize the effects of globalization, a discussion about the values of whats is “global” and what is local.”</title>
