3. Yes E Coli is preventable and you prevent it by thoroughly cooking your ground beef or any kind of meat. We can also make sure we wash our hands before and after dealing with ground beef or any kind of meet. It starts with farmers making sure there cattle are safe and well fed.
4. In November 22nd 2019, there was a e.coli outbreak in romaine lettuce from California and it spread to 27 different states but it ended. The worst happened around January 15th, 2020.  167 people got infected but no one died from it. In July 2021 there where reports of people getting e.coli from cake mixes. It was reported in 12 states and it ranged from January 26th 2021 to july 21st 2021. No one was killed but 116 people where affected.
