Being supportive can just be a small portion of any given day, but it also can save a life. To be supportive you are giving a helping hand to those around you who are not in the greatest shape. You can give your friend help when he is struggling to do homework. Support do not however mean doing in for that person, it is just pointing them in the right direction to achieve their goal.

What I believe support means in the class is if someone needs help with doing something and you know how to, you tell them step by step and help them through. Maybe when someone was having a hard decision to make you don't neglect them you tell them things that may help. Also say if the class was really loud and someone was trying to quiet everyone down you can try to help and put your hand up. A non example is if you just decided to not help anyone with anything or be supportive of their decisions.

It can also mean if your in a group you help the people in your group if they don't understand what the topic is.

Being a supportive peer you help others when they are struggling with something. An example would be not knowing what a word means but the person next to you does so you ask them and they help. Not being a good peer would be being obnoxious with a person while class is going. An example would be if the teacher was talking and a student was trying to start a comversation with another student. This would be disrespectful.
