When I was in elementary school, back then we didn't have computers, or labtop. We just had cell phones, and we have to figure out how to use different cites to help with additonal resources. We had to just used dictionaries, and encyclopedia.

As I enter Middle School, and we were able to have the little tablets. The school finally receive some technology. I had to learn how to work the tablet, and learn how to go between different windows, and used different websites.

When I was in still in middle school we had to get into different groups, and do like a public speaking presentation. When it was was my time to speak, I froze, and my friend that was in my group talk to me, and I calm down and was able to present my project.

One time when I was younger. I wanted to learn how to ride my bike. I was so scared that every time I got on a bike. I would fall. I got on that bike and I was so scared, but I face my fears, and learn how to ride. I been on a bike every since.

Intentional Method

In high school, I remember running track. One time it was a track meet, and this one particular time I was so scared, because we were running up against this great team. I just knew was were going to loose, but of the great team they were. Everyone on the team was so nervous, but we end up winning. We was so excited.
