Tech Tuesdays is a program designed to give teachers an opportunity to explore different technologies and to further expand their knowledge of how technology can be utilized in the classroom.

 

At Mineral Wells ISD, we recognize that each campus, subject, and grade level has distinct needs.  It is the goal of the technology department, with the support of each campus, to identify these needs and provide training to each campus.

 

In addition to receiving step-by-step information, attendees will engage with a technology specialist who will facilitate the session, and help guide everyone through the maze of web-based learning tools and apps. 

 

Although sessions are being conducted at a different campus each Tuesday at 4:00 pm, anyone from the district is invited to meet and discuss ways in which technology can be integrated in education.  These discussions are intended to be a time of fun learning, inspire the imagination, and to expand the learning environment for our teachers with their mission to educate our students.
