         <description><![CDATA[<div>P: I see a white man intimidating a black person, with a guard keeping the white man from making physical contact with him. <br>I: With the white man in the front, he represents groups wanting to intimidate blacks to not use the rights they were given (voting) while the laws put in place (separate but equal) did not do much to stop the groups. <br>C: By portraying the guard using little force to stop/protect them from the hate group shows  how little the laws protected former slaves. </div>]]></description>
