         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>Review and finalize the contract with Mr Ho and Ms Han. Check the number of covers, dietary restrictions, and special requests or instructions. Check with clients about what kind of decor, table clothes they want.</p><ul><li><p>Rectangular reception table</p></li><li><p>30 round tables </p></li><li><p>2 sets of buffet lines </p></li><li><p>2 Bridal VIP table</p></li><li><p>microphone and speakers</p></li></ul><p>Plan transportation of equipment to the venue and the 20 bottles of wine.</p><p><br/></p></li><li><p>Check for outside service contractors for the props and decoration setup</p><ul><li><p>24’’X 12”’ Stage required in front of the function room.</p></li></ul><p>Check with contractors for decor, florists, props and lighting to make the stage look nicer. For example, flowers, fireworks, special lighting.</p></li><li><p>Check for maintenance and electrical needs.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Venue Check-In:</strong> Locate the designated set-up area and confirm access to utilities (water, electricity) with venue staff. Ensure all electrical power sockets are working.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Equipment Set-Up:</strong> Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and serving stations according to the agreed-upon layout.
