What we learnt in you presentation is about
interaction in the classroom, which we think is of great importance in our
future teaching. In the class, Blanche told us about the class organization and
class management; April gave introduction about classroom activities; Rache talked
about using classroom English; Abby is the “teaching large classes” part, and
finally, Blinda gave a brief introduction.

Comment

Your presentation was well organized and
the content was informative and useful. Besides, Abby shared with us many her
own teaching experience, from which we got a lot of inspiration!

Suggestion

Time arrangement can be more reasonable. I think
Belinda’s idea that making a summary by analyzing a video was great. But what a
pity that we did not have enough time!

Question

In the “using classroom management” part,
we knew that it is very important for teachers to use English in class. But in a
large class, students’ ability levels vary. Hoe can we make sure that our
speaking is understood by all the students? You guys have any suggestions?

Summary:

 In this class,we learned what’makes a good classroom organization and a qualified organizer (teacher). Then we knew different types of classroom activities and their characteristics as well as how to reduce TTT and raise STT. We also got some knowledge about the strategies of managing a large class.

Comments:

 All of you did an amazing job to give the presentation. You set many vivid examples of how to interact with students, but we think it would be better if you arranged more classroom activities for us.

Suggestions:

Your group’s presentation was well organized and informative, and one thing is we should not put too much on one page of PPT, the letters were small and some of the information was so hard to see.

This topic you taught us was about the classroom interaction, may be you can use what you want us to know on this presentation as the examples, maybe it’s hard, but I think it is valuable to try to do that.
