         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>What we learnt in you presentation is about<br>interaction in the classroom, which we think is of great importance in our<br>future teaching. In the class, Blanche told us about the class organization and<br>class management; April gave introduction about classroom activities; Rache talked<br>about using classroom English; Abby is the “teaching large classes” part, and<br>finally, Blinda gave a brief introduction.</p><p><strong>Comment</strong></p><p>Your presentation was well organized and<br>the content was informative and useful. Besides, Abby shared with us many her<br>own teaching experience, from which we got a lot of inspiration!</p><p><strong>Suggestion</strong></p><p>Time arrangement can be more reasonable. I think<br>Belinda’s idea that making a summary by analyzing a video was great. But what a<br>pity that we did not have enough time!</p><p><strong>Question</strong></p><p>In the “using classroom management” part,<br>we knew that it is very important for teachers to use English in class. But in a<br>large class, students’ ability levels vary. Hoe can we make sure that our<br>speaking is understood by all the students? You guys have any suggestions? </p><br><br>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><p>Summary:</p><p>&nbsp;In&nbsp;this&nbsp;class,we&nbsp;learned&nbsp;what’makes&nbsp;a&nbsp;good&nbsp;classroom&nbsp;organization&nbsp;and&nbsp;a&nbsp;qualified&nbsp;organizer&nbsp;(teacher).&nbsp;Then&nbsp;we&nbsp;knew&nbsp;different&nbsp;types&nbsp;of&nbsp;classroom&nbsp;activities&nbsp;and&nbsp;their&nbsp;characteristics&nbsp;as&nbsp;well&nbsp;as&nbsp;how&nbsp;to&nbsp;reduce&nbsp;TTT&nbsp;and&nbsp;raise&nbsp;STT.&nbsp;We&nbsp;also&nbsp;got&nbsp;some&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;about&nbsp;the&nbsp;strategies&nbsp;of&nbsp;managing&nbsp;a&nbsp;large&nbsp;class.</p><p>Comments:</p><p>&nbsp;All&nbsp;of&nbsp;you&nbsp;did&nbsp;an&nbsp;amazing&nbsp;job&nbsp;to&nbsp;give&nbsp;the&nbsp;presentation.&nbsp;You&nbsp;set&nbsp;many&nbsp;vivid&nbsp;examples&nbsp;of&nbsp;how&nbsp;to&nbsp;interact&nbsp;with&nbsp;students,&nbsp;but&nbsp;we&nbsp;think&nbsp;it&nbsp;would&nbsp;be&nbsp;better&nbsp;if&nbsp;you&nbsp;arranged&nbsp;more&nbsp;classroom&nbsp;activities&nbsp;for&nbsp;us.</p><p>Suggestions:</p><p>Your&nbsp;group’s&nbsp;presentation&nbsp;was&nbsp;well&nbsp;organized&nbsp;and&nbsp;informative,&nbsp;and&nbsp;one&nbsp;thing&nbsp;is&nbsp;we&nbsp;should&nbsp;not&nbsp;put&nbsp;too&nbsp;much&nbsp;on&nbsp;one&nbsp;page&nbsp;of&nbsp;PPT,&nbsp;the&nbsp;letters&nbsp;were&nbsp;small&nbsp;and&nbsp;some&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;information&nbsp;was&nbsp;so&nbsp;hard&nbsp;to&nbsp;see.</p><p>This&nbsp;topic&nbsp;you&nbsp;taught&nbsp;us&nbsp;was&nbsp;about&nbsp;the&nbsp;classroom&nbsp;interaction,&nbsp;may&nbsp;be&nbsp;you&nbsp;can&nbsp;use&nbsp;what&nbsp;you&nbsp;want&nbsp;us&nbsp;to&nbsp;know&nbsp;on&nbsp;this&nbsp;presentation&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;examples,&nbsp;maybe&nbsp;it’s&nbsp;hard,&nbsp;but&nbsp;I&nbsp;think&nbsp;it&nbsp;is&nbsp;valuable&nbsp;to&nbsp;try&nbsp;to&nbsp;do&nbsp;that.</p><p>Questions:</p><p>As&nbsp;a&nbsp;teacher,&nbsp;how&nbsp;can&nbsp;we&nbsp;improve&nbsp;students’&nbsp;language&nbsp;input&nbsp;in&nbsp;class?</p><p>What&nbsp;kind&nbsp;of&nbsp;activities&nbsp;we&nbsp;can&nbsp;use&nbsp;to&nbsp;motivate&nbsp;the&nbsp;students&nbsp;in&nbsp;our&nbsp;class?</p></p>]]></description>
