Lastly, I decided to visit city arts. I love art museums and I’ve never been there so when I saw it on the list I decided to take this opportunity to experience it. It was amazing to see they had the spring break art camp going on, I wasn’t able to see a whole lot of it because they were in their own room but from what I saw they were learning art skills and explore creativity! The day I went they were painting and I believe they got to pick what they wanted to paint but as I was watching them have fun and bring colors together into art. The experience that I took away from city arts was its important to make art-integrated activities fun and entertaining for your students. I want to incorporate fun art activities in my future classroom and make sure that the kids learn but also enjoy their experience with art.
