- If you are constantly thinking about things and putting a positive spin on them, it's almost inevitable that you start feeling  better about things and about life in general.
-  When things are all said and done, we live in a good world and are surrounded by good people doing good things - sometimes it's easy to get distracted from that  and fall in to the trap of thinking negatively, but this is far more unlikely to happen if you surround yourself with positivity and positive people.
