While Elvira is saying this, Djulijana is listening and laughing. Djulijana is old enough to know when she overdoes it.  Mom Elvira is trying different approaches. She knows that partnering with Djulijana is the best way to deal with her demanding behaviour. 'I am afraid that Djulijana doesn't accept help and fact that there are many people who care for her. Her behaviour is jeopardizing other children in the SOS family and I hope this will pass soon. I am giving my best, together with my colleagues and Djulijana's legal guardian to help her channel her challenging emotions in productive ways' explains mom Elvira worriedly.

Adiitionally, have regular trainings for all the employees(including service personnel)
