I teach a class where a group of students must come together to create one product. In a performance (and preparation for a performance), all members of an ensemble must learn to pull together toward a common goal. I am hoping that this class will help me find ways to celebrate the unique gifts of my students and how to use these gifts to benefit the whole group.
