very good video about how we can create belonging in our classroom environment. 
I will use this video to help me understand how to create a sence of belonging in my classroom no matter the age of the student. the class is not about me, but each and every one of my students. this is a great way to evaluate your students, because it shows what  they know, what they understand/ comprehend/can they apply the knowledge/ connections made/ support their knowledge/ produce work based on knowledge.
How can I use this in my classroom? I will always show me like in Maslows heirarchy that you can't move to the next level without having mastered the one before.
