The first coach is teaching the kids effectively because he is trying to understand what the kids can do or can't. He is looking at the game a the coach sees how they perform. If they perform at a higher standard, the coach intensifies the game. If the skill necessary for the game is lacking, then the coach makes the game easier. The second coach wasn't being that nice because he was shouting all the time. Instead of that he could lead the team and give advice and examples for the team to perform better.

If no why? From my opinion, in the Rugby video, the coaching is very affective because the coach is guiding them through while they're playing and helps students recover from mistake easily while in the football video, the coach is packing on a lot of pressure which he's releasing on the kids... making them play bad. He's also screaming at kids who make mistake instead of helping them not make the same mistake again and recover easily. He's also showing a lack of respect and sportsman ship in front of the kids.

2. Can you give a list of qualities you would like in a coach?

How can being an effective/ineffective communicator effect a coach-client relationship?

Answer- A coach should analyze their player and should be be able to provide him with information that makes the coach a good verbal communicator as well as in the game non verbal gestures are also very important as we do not want the opposition to know what are our next tactics. A coach should be good at communication to build a relationship between their players and provide data and to motivate and help their client get better. No communication will lack in the chemistry of the group and may lead the players not to focus more and demotivate the players.

How can being an effective/ineffective communicator effect a coach-client relationship? Relate this to the activity you have been completing.

Communication is key with coaching because a coach that can't communicate with his team properly will lack chemistry and won't be able to help the students get through their mistake. Also during a game, if a coach develops a strategy to adapt with the opponents level he will need to share it with the players and if he doesn't communicate the strategy properly, the students won't be able to adapt leading to potential loss.

When a client or a coach don't speak to each other, they can be both annoyed and have a bad relationship. But most importantly, it will be hard for the coach to train the client if the client doesn't say anything like from experience or feeling. If the coach isn't communicating, the client won't understand what to do. Most importantly the coach will look dull and unhappy meaning there is no reason for the client to be happy
