Deforestation is a big threat to the earth and animals! You may be wondering what does that even do? And why is it a issue? Well first, deforestation chops down trees and animals homes. And it's a issue because the more trees they chop down the more damage it does to the earth.

        And what exactly do animals have to do with this? Well animals are a important source, once there gone, there gone. They also give you food and pets to bond with! But littering is only hurting animals and the earth more and more.. Animals think it’s food and they choke and die, and because of littering the earth is now getting warmer and warmer at alarming rates.

      I chose this topic because i care about the planet we live on and i know you do to! But if we want this to stop we need to act now… Polar bears are endangered because of us. the earth is getting hurt because of us..and we are the only ones who can stop this! The Amazon rainforest is becoming endangered by the minute. In this essay, I will talk about why we need to STOP deforestation. Everyday, animals and plants are becoming extinct in the Amazon because of deforestation. Some animals may even go extinct before researches can discover them if deforestation keeps up. Humans all need to lend a helping hand to help the rainforests. We can help by planting and replanting more and more trees for the animals and people. Trashing the Earth is really bad. Some people throw trash outside instead of throwing it in a trash can. Some animals could get hurt because of trash. In order to stop trashing the Earth, you will need to recycle more trash instead of throwing it outside. Whenever you have plastic.glass or paper to throw away, it is better if you would recycle it. You can have different trash cans for glass,plastic,paper and many more things that can be recycled and reused by other people. If you recycle the trash that you have you have, it can be turned into waterbottles,containers,toys and even chairs! Reusing can help create more things to use

You should start recycling and reusing things instead of throwing all your trash outside because you could make new things out of old things and trash could harm animals.

First, I will talk about animal endangerment. Earth would be different if certain animal species were to go extinct, in a bad way. For example, sea otters eat sea urchins. if the sea otter were to go extinct, sea urchins would overpopulate the sea and eat all plant life. Some fish depend on plants, so they would all die. Big sea creatures “for example the shark” depend on those fish for food, without food they would die. So that means, all underwater life would die. 

Next, I will talk about saving animal habitats. Earth is home to lots of living things besides people. There are many different animals that live anywhere from rainy jungles to dry deserts. The things people do affect wildlife all over. Building cities and farms destroy animal's homes. The pollution we make gets into our air and water. It makes animals sick. Animals cannot always help themselves. The howler monkeys are losing their homes. If they don’t get help they could die out. This is happening with many animals. 

South China tigers once roamed China’s forests. Hunters killed many of them, and people destroyed their habitats. One has not been found in the wild for 25 years. Now these tigers are found only in zoos. 

Lasly, i will talk about how to save animals. Try looking for old fishing line and kite string. Birds can get tangled in them. Make posters about endangered animals. Hang them at school. Hold a bake sale. Donate the money to a wildlife group. Visit a wildlife sanctuary. These provide habitats for mammals, birds, and fish. Park workers can tell you about threats to local wildlife. They can tell you how you can help.

When you're passing the street do you ever realize all of the construction that's happening around you? Construction is happening by the second! Why should we care? Construction is actually harming our surroundings and is up to our generation to stop it!. IT is important to learn more about this problem in order to find a solution that will work to help our Earth!

Like I Said, Construction is harming our Earth! But can you totally trust me? Probably not. Construction is causing Habitat disruption (Building over animals homes!), Cutting down Earth's trees and plants. (We get oxygen from trees! And some animals eat plants), Landshrinkment ( Smaller space). Maybe now you care a little more or a LOT.

Again, like I said, construction is disrupting our Earth! To prove my point I will share some cites I found in some books! In The Undercover Habits Of Construction it says, “Construction is harmful in many ways. It can hurt animals, Cause more traffic, And cause people to chop down land values.” (Trees, Plants) In conclusion this proves why construction is bad..

Why am I asking you to help? Well another reason Construction has been happening so much is because of the rising population. In Why construction happens it says, “Our population has gone up by thousands of people causing deforestation and road blocking from all of the new houses.” I think we could solve this If everyone convinces the government to make 3D printed houses/buildings and set a population policy so we don't have to keep building more and more..

Smoking is air pollution that not only hurts Earth, but also kills people. The smoke made from cigarettes gets into our atmosphere and weakens each layer causing our Earth to heat up, melting glaciers and destroying our habitats. In “What causes acid rain?” I read that smoking causes acid rain. Acid rain causes damage in habitats and kills animals living there. Smoking has the opposite effect of helping you breath. These are a few reasons not to smoke.

Smoking can cause illness. Smoking can cause mouth cancer, ageing of the body, hair loss, and tooth decay. In “Smoking Stinks” I read that smoking related illnesses kill about 500,000 people each year. When people smoke they usually liter their cigarettes, which have more than 7,000 poisons in them, then animals eat them, not only killing them but making important animals sick. These are just a few reasons not to smoke.

Smoking is an addicting bad habit people make. We can help by not smoking, picking up trash, and not selling cigarettes. In “6 reasons not to smoke” I read that lit cigarettes can cause unnatural fires that can cause deforestation killing animals around the globe. Smoking has a lot of after effects, don’t smoke.

You might be wondering, how does smoke/smoking cause asthma?Asthma can be caused by a lot of things, but smoke/smoking is one of the many causes. In attacking asthma it says, ¨Cigarette smoke is a common problem for kids with asthma no matter where they live.,¨ I know this is true because I live in a place with a lot of smokers and bad air which caused my asthma. This is why smoking can be bad for people.

You may be wondering, how can smoking harm the environment? If people dispose their cigarettes incorrectly, they can start a forest fire. According to google it says, ¨in 1997 there were 130,000 cigarette related fires.,¨ this shows that if cigarettes are disposed of incorrectly they can start a forest fire. You might be wondering, Can smoking kill you? The answer is, yes, smoking can kill you? First, it starts at your lungs then your liver and keeps spreading thru the body. According to google it says, ¨Smoking-related illnesses kill about 500,000 people each year.¨ This shows that smoking can kill thousands of people each year. This is why we should get rid of smoking.

Overall, smoking is something everyone should know about and how bad it can be for people. That is why i think we should get rid of all cigarettes and vape pens.

People are to lazy to throw away their trash. .let me tell you why people are not throwing trash in the right bin because people are doing bad stuff like not recycling trash and throwing gum trash on the ground.These  are two issues we need fix when it comes to littering.

People should start picking up trash because it is harming the Earth. Animals are dying from plastic trash in their habitats. National Geographic Kids tells us that over 8 million tons of plastic end up in the ocean a year. This is bad because the trash is killing animals with trash around their necks and they are eating it. If people do not clean up after themselves animals will continue to suffer.  This  why i think people should start picking up trash.

I will tell you how to solve it. First when you are picking up trash make sure it goes in the right bin. Pick up your own trash and pick up trash you see on the ground. animals Cities can add more trash cans for more trash storage. Don’t leave trash on the ground when you throw your big bins out.

In this paragraph, we will get a headstart about animal extinction. Animal extinction is when people like us kill poor defenseless animals. It is a big problem considering this from the text, in, “Hinder Plants Adaptation to Climate Change”, it says, “More than half the plant species on Earth rely on animals to disperse their seeds.” Because of us hunting animals, they become extinct and can’t spread seeds which also affects the air. So remember, take care of those plants!

In a text I read it says,”If we cut down too many trees it will be hard for us to breathe.”Why we won’t be able to breath is because we won’t have oxygen. Littering is hurting plants and animals so it’s up to us to stop it. In an article it says how we can reduce, “One way you can reduce the amount garbage that you make is to use a lunchbox instead of a bag that you will throw out each day.” Reducing means to cut down on the garbage you make like passing down clothes to those in need or only buying the things you need so, try to reduce more often.

So littering is the world being filled with cigarette butts, plastic and rubber. So people have to start reusing more stuff. Reusing is really just using unused or used up items and turn it into something useful and new. Like for example you can take some food jar and use it for a vase or something like that. In this text I found it also tells us how we can reuse, “You can also reuse your own old items for a new purpose. For example, you could reuse a baby wipes container to keep your crayons and markers organized.” So now that you know how to reuse we should learn how to recycle too.

So the last but not least way of helping to stop littering is recycling! So we can recycle by sorting our trash, sounds funny and like it won’t help much but it helps, just put the plastic in the right bin the blue one. And a thing like a soda can or some dead batteries. Like right here in the text it tells us how to recycle, “Not everything can be recycled but glass, paper, plastic, aluminum, cardboard, and magazines are some of the many items that can be recycled. You can recycle these items into containers labeled recycle.” So, recycling is something that everyone can and should chose to help stop littering.

Overall littering is something that we can slow or even stop so, try reducing reusing, and recycling and end littering! 

This week I learned that forests cover 31 percent of the land on our planet.  Trees help people survive by purifying water and air by providing people with jobs. Animals also rely on forests as their homes.  Even though forests are homes to so many animals and so many people they are being threatened by deforestation.  Deforestation is the purposeful clearing of forest land. 

So what does it matter if trees are cleared?  When deforestation occurs it happens quickly.  Sometimes they are cleared by fire which can throw off natural ways of life.  It can alter water cycles and soil fertility.  They can also destroy the livelihoods of the people who live in and around the forest. 

When forests are cut, burned or otherwise removed they emit carbon instead of absorb carbon. Meaning trees absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen for people to breathe. These greenhouse gas emissions contribute to rising temperatures, changes in patterns of weather and water, and an increased frequency of extreme weather events.  Trees also play a key role in local water cycle by helping keep a balance between water on land and water in the atmosphere.  Without trees to fertile anchor soil, erosion can occur and sweep the land into rivers. 

1.25 billion people in the world rely on the forest for shelter, water, fuel and food security. We need trees to absorb the carbon dioxide in the air and release turn it into oxygen for us to breathe.  Researchers estimate that 15 billion trees are cut down each year, so to offset that loss you can plant your own tree.  Most people plant trees on Earth Day!  In the next 15 years a soccer field of trees will be cut down.  If you cannot plant a tree, you can do your part to keep the Earth clean, reduce, reuse and recycle!

And people want her fur and meat.so 

.Because of animals being killed there are 

Not a lot of animals left and thats not good

 because then we have no animals to get 

meat and fur.also because of plastic 100

Mill animals die in a year ,because of

 being hunted over 110 mill animals

My first and best idea is a time machine no

 no that would not work.or something even 

better then a time machine stop all this bad

 Stuff and all animals and life.

Which would be the best for all of us:]

Over all over hunting is bad but i think we should all learn how to respect our animals on our one and only world .
