Week 1
Just starting class

Week 2
Having experienced with the work I have done so far, I realise that my communication skills are not sufficient. That's why I had some problems with colleagues at this time.

As having good communication in the workplace promotes employee morale, engagement, productivity, and satisfaction. Collaboration and cooperation within a team can also be improved through communication. Effective workplace communication ultimately leads to better results for individuals, teams, and organizations.

My emotions are often carried away by my thoughts and this has not helped me in any way, either professionally or personally.

A course in the second semester, introduced me to the importance of developing communication skills, which is one of the essential competencies of employers.

My next step is improving my communication skills by reading informations about communication skill and practicing my communication in class and at work.

Week 3
The word "whistleblowing" was the subject of our class this week, and I learned that you should carefully consider the consequences prior to informing management of an employee's misconduct or informing someone in authority.

The qualities of honesty, fairness, and equity define ethical behavior in interpersonal, professional, and academic relationships. The principles of ethical behavior respect, dignity, and diversity. Ethics in business mean applying the principles of honesty and fairness to relationships with colleagues and customers. Individuals with ethical values try to treat everyone they encounter with the same respect that they'd like to receive.

Any action that gains, attempts to gain, or assists others in gaining unfair academic advantage is considered academic misconduct. The term includes plagiarism, collusion, contract cheating, and fabrication of data, as well as possession of unauthorised materials.

Week 4
It does not matter what their background is or how they live. My life has been greatly influenced by them. In spite of all the adverse conditions in their past, They were able to succeed in life. I have learned that I am capable of achieving my goals despite my shortcomings or bad experiences.
For me, the focus is never to give up and to practice all of the skills I have learned in order to achieve the goal I wish to attain.
Determine to apply what I have learned, and to continue learning until I see results.

Week 5
I have heard of emotional intelligence, but I have not practiced it. At university, I learned that emotional intelligence refers to the ability to perceive, control, and evaluate emotions. I found that using this skills helped me to better analyze situations when I practiced using it. It has enabled me to be in control without being stressed about finishing my assessments on time and has also enhanced my interpersonal relationships. A good example would be to have more energy rather than to be stressed all the time, as was the case with me previously.

Time management helps me achieve my goal faster: Allows enough time for studiosity to review the assessment before submitting the final report.

Week 6
One of my successes was Breo's mastery.
I feel confident in accessing Breo compared to my abilities in the first semester, I know the locations of my lessons and the links to submit my assessments, how studiosity works.
I was able to improve my assessment by applying feedback from the studiosity, teachers and peers.

As part of my efforts to develop my competencies, I need to improve my communication skills, my listening skills, and my ethical skills.
I have to work hard on my listening skills because they are important for my advancement at university and for my relationships with my colleagues at work

Week 7
The ability to lead is one of the skills that I have not mastered and need to improve
The first thing I need to do is learn how to listen properly in order to progress in stage two.
My leadership skills need to be improved. It is important for me to recognize that I need to continue to learn. Leaders are ever-learning individuals, and as they progress, they change and grow. Communication skills are essential to every aspect of a leader's role. Leaders must become powerful communicators in order to convey their message effectively.
I need to improve my communication skills through class participation. attending seminars and participating in public speaking. By watching more videos and practicing.

Week 8
I am starting the elevator pitch for assessment . There is a problem with my pronunciation, and I need to improve both my pronunciation and my communication skills. For my video to be successful, I must practice every day.
I must practice my pronunciation and communication skills not only during my assessments, but throughout my three years at university in order to become a credible, competent and confident student.
If I intend to improve my communication skills at university and at work, I must practice for several years. Watching a video and playing it back later, for example. Doing an elevator pitch video continues to be beneficial for improving my skills.

Week 9
Achieving productivity requires effective and appropriate communication as well as a commitment to finding ways to be productive at all times. In addition to possessing strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, employers are looking for new hires to be responsible, ethical, and team-oriented. When these skills are combined, you have professionalism.
I must practice my courses in order to develop my problem-solving skills, as well as learn problem-solving skills online. It is important that I practice all the information obtained during my research during my assessments

Week 10
When I started my first semester studying at university. At that time, I felt very motivated and excited, but at the same time overwhelmed by fear.

The most important thing is that little by little I have been following the advice of the teachers and studiosity feedback like reading regularly, avoiding procrastination, working on time management, how to write paragraph ... Personally, I felt that I benefited evolving step by step in the learning process.

The next step I have to take now is to try to get rid of the fear I had at the beginning and to work regularly to have the skills and criteria required by the company I plan to work for in the future.

I am continuing to develop a broader perspective on the skills needed to succeed and demonstrate credibility to future employers by becoming proficient, competent, credible, creative and curious learners. Taking control of what professionalism means for my career choice is a priority for me. I want to explore what it means to work in a professional environment.

Professional communication skills and listening skills are among the skills I need to develop in order to become proficient, competent, credible, creative and curious learners.
