I believe it will be useful for teacher, student and parents and will contribute to qualities education.

I think STE(A)M is the most natural fit by which students can take more interest in learning. The best pedagogy to teach STEM or STE(A)M is project-based learning.

2.3.How School Trains Us To Fail In The Real World:

Instead of learning critical life skills on how to manage money, how to negotiate, or how to communicate, kids are mostly taught to memorize information. This is helpful to learn, but not at the cost of not learning critical life skills

In my opinion 21st Century skills are: Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Teamwork, Researcher, Communication, Creativity, Collaboration, Balanced, Careful, Ability to Self-Analysis, Principle, Leadership, Initiative, Social Skills, Organizational Skills, IT Skills ..

Question 2. Write what did you learn in the video in module 2.2 "The Four C's: Making 21st Century Education Happen:"?
Students need to learn to learn, to prepare for life, not just to accumulate knowledge, but to learn to apply knowledge, to be able to cooperate with one another, to research and solve problems on their own, to exchange skills and be capable of using IT technology in order to prepare for life

Question 3. Write at-least three skills other than the 4 C's, which you think are crucial to teach today's students in order to prepare them for college and workplace.

In addition to the 4C essential skills essential for today's learners to prepare for life, there are certainly many things like: being thirsty for knowledge, leadership skills, motivator, taking risks, researcher, language skills .

How to get a project idea?
Нашиот свет е полн со проблеми и предизвици. Ако погледнете наоколу, ќе најдете многу проблеми што треба да се решат. За подобра идеја погледнете ги проблемите што се запоставени. Идејата на проектот мора да биде за проблем или предизвик во реалниот свет.
Да направиме листа од проблеми и предизвици во околината на училиштето, општината и да пробраме да ги решиме со решенијата кои ќе ги понудат учениците.

-21st century skills – critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity/innovation
-In-Depth Inquiry – extended, rigorous process of asking questions, using resources, and developing answers
-Need to Know – gain knowledge, understand concepts, and apply skills in order to answer the Driving Question and create final products
-Voice and Choice – students make some choices about the products to be created, how they work, and how they use their time
-Critique and Revision – students give and receive feedback on the quality of their work, leading them to make revisions
