3- Remembering when we are teaching it should be with a lens on transfer. The goal is to empower  students to use their skills in other units and disciplines.
3- Using pre-assessments to gauge what students find difficult, then harnessing this for mini lessons and strategy groups.
2- Using the strengths of students for exemplar work and micro progressions work
2- Focusing more on communities of practise - love the writing critique groups
1- as a school organisation, how best to lift up the idea of language as a vehicle across all disciplines
