         <description><![CDATA[<p>-In this study they surveyed 200 elderly people and found that, elderly/older adults who are more addicted to their smartphones are 47.57% more likely to have lower sleep quality.</p><p>-Hui-Juan Lai and colleagues also states that smartphone addiction leads to isolation from reality. Which only further worsens the impact it has on the elderly population, because it induces loneliness in spite of the fact social media appears to make it easier to interact with thousands of people over a screen.&nbsp;</p>]]></description>
