- Talk to them to see why they have not started doing the task yet.
- Based on their input we can than activate one of the scaffolding strategies. eg. Point students to relevant resources / offering hints or partial solution

-chances are the students are unclear with regards to what they are supposed to work on and deliver so LT can perhaps offer further assistance to 

- probably students have no interest or motivation to work.
