<title>Retika Kapur. I explored inquiry in the Early years - The role of a teacher. I made connections to my time spent in a classroom and helping children explore objects and figure out what its is, rather than telling them what it is. As part of extensions, I got ideas on how a good provocation through an appropriate object/picture can lead children to deeper learning. The challenge that I am facing is how to make the best of this sea of information. There is so much to learn and read and I don&#39;t know how I am going to go through it all, as each area is so important and engaging. Retika Kapur</title>

<title>Sejal - Topic - Technology and Play:-Inquiry into Early Years made me understand the fact that I could communicate conceptual learning through inquiry based learning. By allowing and encouraging the students to be curious and self inquire into the learning. They should inculcate their own knowledge and their self understanding on the concept. Its extremely important while inquiring into Early Years is the child&#39;s abilities and their individual talents which could help us teachers to nurture them into their field of talent. </title>

<title>The challenge I face or I want to learn more is Guided Inquiry. Inquiry based learning needs a lot of personal attention as each extends his knowledge to a different level which is good. It takes more than a usual time and sometimes a whole class to explain something which is beyond our curriculum boundary. Another challenge is making learning exciting for those 1 or 2 less engaged children who might need a handholding or an extra push/attention. I would say IB is best but not easy. It needs a well detailed planning and skills to bring the best out of our students. Working and looking for ways to make my lessons more time bound and content specific.</title>
