This theatre has stability, resistant and rigidy. Also, it is a mass structure, formed for mesh of vertical and horizontal pieces, such as pillars and beams.

The ancient water mill of Berja ( Molino del Perrillo) is of a peculiar and very primitive sort, for their wheels are set horizontally instead of vertically and are turned by the oblique percussion of the water against a number of upright vanes, arranged like spokes.The grindstone runs on the same axis in a lower chamber, which greatly simplifies the mechanism and makes the economical both is space and cost.
The mill was situated in a nineteen century house and has been used during the last years of the 20 th century.
Nowadays the building is being repaired and will keep the mill and a museum.
