It takes place in Dublin. Eveline is tired of her everyday life. She lives with her unpleasant father, which means that her everyday life is influenced by violence and hard manual work. This makes Eveline long for a life with her lover, Frank, and live a problem-free life outside of the town.&nbsp;<br>Finally they decide to leave town with the ship. Then she doubts and asks God for help to for help. In the end she decide to stay in Dublin, as if she is tied to the ground.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
