         <description><![CDATA[<p>Different food groups are required for a healthy diet, like how you need to have protein, e.g, chicken, steak, pork, and tofu and some other meats. You also require carbohydrates like sugars and starches, such as bread, pastry, and food with fiber like pears or apples. You also require fats like avocado, meat, milk, and. All of these things play a part in your health, like protein helps build and repair muscles, and carbohydrates provide your body with brain function and give you energy. Fats help your body by giving you vitamins and energy. </p>]]></description>

         <title>Nutrients </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Nutrients are required in the body to stay healthy, such as macronutrients. For example, protein helps your body repair muscles, and carbohydrates help brain function and provides energy. Fats help you have energy throughout the day, sources of these macro-nutrients are meat for protein, avocado for fat and bread for carbohydrates. A meal that would include all of these macro nutrients is mince chicken or beef with avocado and an apple on the side. The micro-nutrients are iron, sodium, calcium and vitamin B9. Iron helps transporting oxygen to the lungs, sodium helps with blood pressure and nerves and muscles and nerves, calcium builds strong teeth and bones and vitamin B9 helps with cell growth and your brain. A risk of sodium is dehydration and too much could make you sick and sad because they are severely dehydrated. </p>]]></description>

         <title>Food selection models</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The purpose of a food selection model is to provide consumers with a visual guide for choosing food that provides healthy options, and it also helps find foods that prevent diet-related diseases. The food selection model is presented in a plate/pie chart, and the foods are classified in groups such as grain, vegetables, fruits, dairy, lean meats, and also sometimes foods and small amounts of food things like oil. One strength of the food selection model is that it shows what you should be eating in large amounts and what you should be eating in small amounts. One limitation of the food selection model is that the print isn't that easy to read, but overall, it is a very good thing for people to go by because of all the good options for eating healthy.</p>]]></description>
