I’m really close to my family. I live with my son and grandson, and I feel so happy when they’re around. Some of my other family members visit when they can, and I always look forward to seeing them. But, when they’re busy with work or school, I do feel lonely.

I’m closest to my wife, my big daughter, second son, third daughter, fourth daughter. It depends, small daughter is very busy so we rarely meet, we will make phone calls sometimes. I meet with the rest every day. Very happy when we meet, same goes for the rest of you. These makes my mental well-being very good. I also practice qi gong, yoga swim in the afternoon, and walks most of the time.

I do not participate in any community activities. I do qi gong, yoga and swimming. Because all these activities already take up all of my time, I practice qi gong for 2 hours, swims for 2 hours and runs for 1 hour. Does not make me feel tired

I don’t have a lot of friends, so there isn't a lot of people I can talk to. That’s one reason why I enjoy working; it gives me a chance to talk to other people, so I don’t feel so lonely and i can have a sense of purpose in my life. But I have also gotten used to being on my own

For me, family is everything. I try to stay positive and keep myself healthy so I can be there for my loved ones whenever they need me. I don’t want them to worry about me, so I try to take care of myself. Staying fit and keeping busy really helps my mental well-being, but when I’m not feeling well physically, it’s much harder to stay positive.
