When taking photos with either slow or fast, be aware that taking fast shutter speed photos you are catching clear photos with minimal blur affect. While slow, makes the object in focus, appear to be blurry.

The reasoning for using shutter speed priority is to catch affect of an object that is in focus and also that is in motion.
