When Churchill speaks about the “iron curtain”, he is talking about how Europe has split after the end of WW2. The Soviet Union is controlling one half of Europe and the British/English-speaking people controlling the other. 

2. Churchill says that the English-speaking people are a free association and are the only ones with a true democracy that allow the principles of freedom and the rights of man.

3. Stalin responds by saying that Churchill is starting to have the same ideas about English-speaking people as Hitler had about the German people. And that his racial theory will lead to war with the USSR if he keeps it up.
