Sometimes we feel certain ways that we can't put into words. We might have to express our feelings visually.

Theme
Today we will share a visual representation of our mood as a way to check in with the group.

Directions
  1. To begin the activity, ask participants to create a Drawing post by following the How to Create a Drawing Post directions. 
  2. Provide time for participants to create a face that represents how they’re feeling by utilizing the drawing tools.
  3. Starting with the facilitator, invite each participant to briefly explain the mood represented by the drawing. 

Reflections
Allow time to explore the following questions with participants:
  1. What are the benefits of expressing our current mood and sharing it with the group?
  2. Knowing how we are all feeling today, what might we need as a group to move forward?
