We had to present a prestation in front of our group about things we like and enjoy doing, and how life was in lockdown . i developed my communication skills by standing up in front of the class which got my confidence. up i could improve by more talking more. 

Evidence 2- Enrolling to College.
We talked about the course and what i will be doing. also about my grades.  It was my first interview in my opinion my communication skills went well and i made a good impression. I could improve by asking more question about the course becuase i could of looked more intersted about the course i was doing.

Evidence 3- Job interview i had a Fia safety person to person exam where there is lots of speaking about the racing safety Rules. in my opinion my communication skills were very good the Fia staff were very impressed with my knowledge

2-Explain the task My attendance keep me motivaited to keep coming into college and it's shows me if i'm coming into college.
2-how dose this develop your motivation 
It keeps me very motivaited becuase if i miss few days in college i miss on my education and college work so it keeps me motivaited not to miss a day.
4- what could you improve currently nothing but if i would get covid i miss out and ask work at home to do.

Explain the activity. In the first activity we did an khaoot quiz where we answered questions about recycling and how much we waste. 
What went well we got we got involved i learned new things 48.5% waste treatment. and much a household will waste on food.
3. each group should of told what they created a poster. everyone could of share there thoughts.
Evidence 2 We created a poster where we put what we know about Sustainability.
What went well. We manged to put a lot of facts about sustainability. 
what would you change. we could of gave more effort into the poster. and share more facts.

what went well. i learned a lot from the video such as 229 million waste is produced.
